Live Oak Library Public Works Project

Demolition of existing building and development of new library for City of Live Oak. Services included pre-construction design review, master schedule development, contract administration, team coordination and presentations on behalf of the County of Santa Cruz.

Mariners Cove Condominiums Multi-Residential Project

Mariners Cove Condominiums (84 units) – Santa Cruz, CA

This project is a very good example of the need for Construction Management services to be introduced early in the development of a project, prior to the start of construction and issuance of contracts. Construction Management services were requested after the start of construction and services included all Prime and Subcontractor contract re-negotiations, creation of cost control systems, financial management, schedule review and oversight of all aspects of the project.
