Management of six concurrent projects including two multi-million gallon welded steel water tanks and four pipeline projects over a 23.4 square mile community. Functioned as the on-site liaison between utilities, Inc., Spring Creek Association, design teams, contractors, and inspectors.

New 13,500 sq. ft. library located adjacent to Corcoran Lagoon in Live Oak, CA

Demolition of existing building and development of new library for City of Live Oak. Services included pre-construction design review, master schedule development, contract administration, team coordination and presentations on behalf of the County of Santa Cruz.

Development of addition to existing public health club. Project involved the ground-up construction of an indoor swim center. Services included master schedule development, contract administration, team coordination and presentations on behalf of the City of Newark.

Corporate Yard Master Plan and Facility Development

Marina, CA. 

Development of Facilities Master Plan followed by upgrade and modernization of a former military maintenance building. Services included design team selection and management, master schedule and budget development, contract administration, team coordination and presentations on behalf of the City of Marina. 

Monterey County, CA. 

Infrastructure project related to development of former Frt. Ord lands allocated to the City by the U.S. Department of the Army. Project consisted of bike path lighting, landscape development and Corporate Yard upgrades.
